Shalmon Computer Services and customers agree to the following terms of service:

INTRODUCTION
The Company Shalmon Computer Services is a seller of wholesale termination services. The services offered are of the best available quality. Shalmon Computer Services does not pretend to offer 100% reliable service, to deal with specific providers or to get specific permissions from any providers, clients or any other person, and does not offer any warranty of it. Shalmon Computer Services does not offer warranty of quality or availability of its services. All parties agree that it will conduct business in compliance to all requirements of the law of Israel.
DEFINITION
The term customer in this document applies to every person, company or other entity that have opened and registered details account with easyvoip.cc.The Customer and Shalmon Computer Services agrees to all of the following terms by signing this agreement.
1. This Agreement shall commence upon its signing and shall remain valid for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months, unless terminated earlier by either party. Unless terminated early, this Agreement shall be renewed automatically for consequences periods of 24 (twenty-four) months. Termination of this Agreement will not constitute any cancellation of the Customer's liability to pay easyvoip.cc for the services already provided.
2. The customer is advised to have a backup solution in any case this service does not deliver the customer demand. The customer understands that easyvoip.cc does not guarantee any privacy on the communications through its servers. Easyvoip.cc offers no warranty for failure of service, but commits to make its best efforts to provide the services.
3. Easyvoip.cc does not claim that its service is “standard line quality”, and the client understands that the service quality is “as is”, and should vary depending on the location of the customer and the destination of each call.
4. Due to the nature of our offering that allow customers to bring their own device, software, PBX or switch, the customer shall understand that the level of support, and the service offered is intended to customers with a higher technical level.
4. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of their Login and Password information. If this information is lost or given to any other party in any way, the customer understands that this will be his sole responsibility. The customer agrees to evenly change his passwords to protect his account from any suspicious act.
5. The customer agrees to follow lawful purposes while using this service. Call usage has to comply with all application laws in Israel and the location country of the customer. The customer agrees to set the CallerID/ANI Identification in their configuration with accurate correspondence to them, without creating any confusion to another person or party.
6. Easyvoip.cc makes no warranties, expressed or implied including or but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding its product or service.
7. Easyvoip.cc will direct any payment, firstly to pay negative balances. The customer understands that all negative balances are due, and use the service with the acceptation that any call below negative balance does not mean that the calls are not due. Easyvoip.cc reserves the right to suspend any negative account.
8. In the case that the customer is on a Post-Paid basis, payment terms are 15 days from invoice date. Invoices are issued each month for billing period of the previous month. Credit terms if given for the customer is limited for 500$ (Five Hundred US dollars). Easyvoip.cc serves the right to suspend any negative account not following its credit terms.
9. Easyvoip.cc reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue service at any time and this without any notice. If this occurs, it will issue full refunds on unused balances.
8. ALL rate quotes are valid only on the day they are issued and all outstanding payments shall remain payable upon signing this Agreement. It is the responsibility of the client to verify accuracy of rates.
10. The customer is responsible for all usage of his/her accounts and is also responsible of the actual balance in his account.
11. The customer agrees to not purchase DID numbers from easyvoip.cc with the sole intention to port them out to another service. Easvoip.cc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disable the purchase of new DID numbers from an account that presents this pattern and may charge a port-out fee to allow the port out of numbers removed on this fashion.
12. At easyvoip.cc sole discretion, you may incur a port away fee for any DID number(s) leaving our network as this is a pass-through charge from easyvoip.cc’s carrier(s).
13. All traffic routed to the following markets will be rated based on durations measured by the following billing increments: United States and Canada: 6 seconds increment, starting at a minimum of 6 seconds. Mexico: 60 seconds increment starting at a minimum of 60 seconds. Rest of the world: 6 seconds increment starting at a minimum of 6 seconds.
14. The customer agrees that he is not provided with the right to start any claim, remedy or action, legal or OTHERWISE THAT may harm Shalmon Computer Services in any way that includes but is not limited to financially.
15. Easyvoip.cc agrees to not sell your personal or corporate information to third parties.
16. THIS DOCUMENT MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT ANNOUNCEMENT, ALL CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON THE easyvoip.cc WEBSITE.
17. NON-DISCLOSURE: ONLY IF SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED BY LAW, CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED TO DIVULGATE THE STRICLY NECESSARY INFORMATION ABOUT USE OR PAYMENTS OF THEIR easyvoip.cc SERVICES, IN ALL OTHER CASES, IT IS PROHIBITED TO DIVULGATE INFORMATION ABOUT easyvoip.cc Including BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO END USERS.
18. Easyvoip.cc does not encrypt its transmissions, or sensitive parts of customer information in its database. Shalmon Computer Services retains the right to voluntary hand over information regarding customers, usage and calls if it is requested by law by governmental organizations.
19.  It is the customer's responsibility to verify and test that any number delivered to his/her account is active and working properly before publishing it. The test should be made from a landline or cell phone provider. Easyvoip.cc will not be held liable for any damages or advertising expenses arising from receiving a non-working number. If a number is confirmed non-working it will be deleted from the account and the cost of the number refunded.  In favor of the establishment of this agreement, the parties have agreed on its terms & conditions on easyvoip.cc’s website
